The Beginner Swing class introduces 6-count, single step East Coats Swing, typical of Jive or Rock 'n' Roll.

  •  6 Count Single-Step Swing pattern (Slow, Slow, Quick Quick)
  •  Slow Rotation (CCW)
  •  Basic Stationary Turns
    •  Arch Turn
    •  Loop Turn

    •  Arch Turn with Man’s Hand Exchange (behind)
    •  Loop Turn with Man’s Hand Exchange (in front)
