Happy 2012 everyone! The Winter Dance schedule is out! We are very excited about the line-up this year with nine different classes, including a new class never-before offered at the Y: Intermediate Ballroom. With classes running four nights a week, there is something that fits into everyone's schedule. Check out our Lessons page for more information.
Monthly Socials
Jazzmatazz Dance Co. has partnered with the Family Y of Prince George to offer monthly dance socials. These events run on the last Saturday of the month (excepting August and December) from 7-10pm, with a mini-lesson from 7:00-7:30pm. They are open to all members of the community and best of all, it's free! The socials are held at the former Highland Elementary School on McDermid Drive (see Google map). With a wood floor, live DJ, and a friendly community of dance students and teachers, these events are the perfect practice venue for all dancers -- beginners and experienced alike.
